【Asking for your cooperation. Questionnaire: Toyonaka City for foreign residents to create a better living environment for foreign residents】
We, Toyonaka City and Association for Toyonaka Multicultural Symbiosis (ATOMS), will be distributing questionnaires to foreign residents to conduct a survey about Corona Virus’ impact on foreign residents in Toyonaka City.
In this survey we hope to learn about how the pandemic has affected work and daily life of foreigners and the availability of new information as well as safe space for seeking advice/consultation for foreign residents.
If you receive the questionnaire letter in your mailbox, we sincerely ask for your cooperation to fill out the questionnaire to help us create a better living environment for foreign residents of Toyonaka City.
● About The Questionnaire
・The questionnaire is set to arrive around July 24 (in an illustrated envelope) to your mail. This questionnaire will be distributed to every foreign residents in Toyonaka City excluding those who hold permanent residency and/or are below 18 years old.
・Please fill in the questionnaire by August 16.
You can choose one of the following methods to submit the questionnaire:
1. Online questionnaire using smartphone/PC
Access the webpage via QR code or URL attached on the letter.
2. Paper questionnaire.
3. Answer directly at Toyonaka International Center with our staff’s help.
For those who wish to use method 2 or 3, please contact Toyonaka International Center via phone (06-6843-4343). Open every Thursday, Friday, Saturday, 11am-4pm.
・Questionnaire is available in 6 languages: English, Chinese, Korean, Vietnamese, Nepalese, easy Japanese.
