(1) More than 6 months have passed since the 2nd vaccination
(2) 18 years old or older
(3) Have a vaccination ticket issued by Toyonaka City."
※Moderna Vaccine will be used.

Friday, February 25, 12:00 p.m. (Reservations cannot be made by phone.)"
Currently, you can book for the slots only for March 13 (Sunday) and March 22(Tuesday).
We will let you know when the reservation will start for other schedules as soon as it is decided.
You can choose a date that 6 months after or later from your second vaccination. You cannot make an appointment for an earlier date.
