Saturday, May 28, 12:00 p.m. (Reservations cannot be made by phone.)
We will let you know when the reservation will start for other schedules as soon as it is decided.
You can choose a date that 6 months after or later from your second vaccination. You cannot make an appointment for an earlier date.

Eligibility for the 3rd vaccination: Those who meet all of the following three requirements.
(1) More than 6 months have passed since the 2nd vaccination
(2) 18 years old or older
(3) Have a vaccination ticket issued by Toyonaka City.
※Pfizer Vaccine will be used.
